From Pass[the]word to Pass[the]world
The practical workshops improved their knowledge about alternative media and how it can be used to influence and improve community life for the common good.
European elections was the other topic that was in the focus of the Training Course. Participants had the chance to present their findings on the election process in their own countries, and than themselves take part in an election process simulation. The sessions with the Trainer, professional in the area, helped participants understand the importance of voting, because by giving their vote, one contributes to the positive change in the community.
Participants’ showed big interest in the topics, and their great creativity was the leading force through all the activities. The individual contribution of each participant to the team and the realization of the Programme, made this Training Course a time to remember for everyone of us.
At the end all of us had friends from all over Europe. We traveled together during the training course in each one of the countries (through discussions, presentation of our countries, sharing our values etc), and from one moment Pass[the]word was more than a word it was the world.

WHY A TRAINING COURSE IN DELCHEVO? - A Day with the group
To be young brings many challenges: trying things, meeting new people, searching new cultures and in a way building your individual and finding your place in the society. Being young also means desire to travel. By travelling and living abroad we are becoming more open for new horizons and perspectives in our lives. Just for this started even the training course in Delchevo.
Delchevo - the town where the training is taking place is small but beautiful town with nature. The host organisation is "Young Mountaineers" and 9 countries are participating in the course called "Pass the Word" through organizing various activities like interviews with locals, introducing games, visiting around the town and discussion about the European elections. We made beautiful capture of the first day of our training.
The concept of the training course is to learn more about media and their function in practice, the EU election etc.
Having groups from different countries brings diversity in the way of training and they will be able to impact the media in their society.
It's perfect time to remember!

Playing against yourself
Benefits of hiking? Of course, there are a wide variety of health benefits that can be associated with this kind of activity. For example: improved muscular fitness, lower risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, reduced depression and better quality sleep, weight control (hiking burns up 370 calories in hour), less chance of becoming overweight.
But you should understand that there are a lot of dangers, such as unpredictable weather and road conditions (rain, wind, falling rocks, wild life, slippery), also there is a risk of losing your energy and burnout, get lost, get out of food and water, get sick or injured.
Anyway hiking is as a religion. Despite of any trouble, the main point of hiking is self challenge and feeling satisfaction. At the end of a hiking trip, the feeling of accomplishment is one of the main reasons why a hiker can’t get stopped on this hobby.
Thus, hiking can be viewed as a self-improving activity also on the psychological level. It promotes physical and mental activeness, team skills when hiking in a group, a planning attitude, and making the best out of every situation.
Moreover, you can explore the hidden beauty of a sunset against of backdrop of a mountain valley, complete with birds, wildlife, and the very beauty of the Earth itself and feel that special feeling that can not be explained.
