Training course "Creative Entrepreneurship"
Cyprus, October 2011
During the 6 days of the project we had activities that strengthen some of the basic creative entrepreneurship competences: team – building, facilitation, communication, intercultural competence and creative thinking skills. One of the activities that the participants liked the most was Intercultural evening (when the participants presented their country and culture, shared their traditional food, drinks and dances). Another very interesting activity was the preparation of the video for lip dub ( that is a type of video that combines lip synching and audio dubbing to make a music video) when the participants worked in a small group and expressed their creativity. We can freely admit that highlights of the event were discovering the factory of roses in Agros, cultural tour over city of Limassol and visiting archeological place nearby. We gained new friendships, explored new cultures, discovered new approaches and working methods. All in all, participation in the Training was wonderful experience.

In the period from 8th till 14th of October 2011, me (Stojanovska Nadica) and Kostovski Dancho had opportunity to attend the Training course Creative Entrepreneurship in Agros, Cyprus, organized by Agros youth group. There were participants from eleven countries, fromIsrael, Bulgaria, Albania, Estonia, Armenia, Italy, Macedonia, Greece, Serbia, Ukraine, and Cyprus (two per organization). The group was very friendly and enthusiastic to work. Although the participants were on different age, they found common language and enjoyed working together and spending the free time. The Programme of the Training was developed with the motto that ‘a goal of every living creature is to break out of the box’. The Training was a path to stimulate young people’s spirit of initiative, their ability to think imaginatively and originally, their readiness to take risk in order to achieve economic, political, social and environmental goals.

Youth Exchange "Wilderness ventures - challenging youth at risk"
Bosnia and Herzegovina, August/September 2011
The youth exchange "Wilderness Ventures" was held in Konjic (BiH) in august with its main topic about extreme sports that are not often practised. It was a 10-days exchange with 20 other young people, filled with fun, laugh and joy. The different activities which were planned for every day enabled participants to know each other better and spend their time in the best way.
To me it was really wonderful event with even more wonderful people, always ready for new adventures and great moments. Each day was special for itself,as well as each activity, including fishing, scavanger hunt, mountaineering, painting and the one which left me the greatest impression- rafting. |
Countries involved:
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Germany, Romania, Serbia Participants from Young Mountaineers: Danica Lokoska, Blagica Melova, Keti Peshova, Djani Hadzi-Mustafov, Slobodan Joshev, Elena Petrushevska And after all these exausting activities, the participants had still the energy for having fun and making parties at night, and enjoying the music of the different cultures included in the exchange.
All of us spent a wonderful time there and gained lots of experience and lot of new friendships, which i believe will not stay in the past, but will be maintained in the future. |
Youth exchange "Art From The Heart"
Spain, July 2011
Participants from Young Mountaineers:
Stojanovska Nadica, Dimkova Vera, Aleksandar Sitnikovski, Sashko Vasilevski, Daniel Lokoski This summer (15th-25th July) me and five other people from my organization participated on the exchange “Art from the heart” that took place in Sant Marti Sarroca, Spain. We were hosted in a house with participants from 7 other countries. The main objective of this exchange was discussing about Millennium Development Goals. The most of participants were not aware of this goals before the exchange, but with using photo expositions, video, graffiti and some other fun and interesting techniques we learned some more about them. Also we made point that we should never just sit with folded hands but always take action and make the world better place, because even the small action, sometimes can mean a lot for some unhappy and discriminated human being. We also had others interesting activities as treasure hunting and day for the environment. The organizers put an accent on the social relationship. In addition of that we had Caribbean party, Hawaiian party by the pool and cultural evening – parties. For me the most exiting moments were when we visited Barcelona. I love that city. With its sunny climate, great beaches and thousand years of history and culture Barcelona is breathtaking, especially in summer.
|
Another interesting thing was that we were about 40 people in one house, in the middle of the mountain, everybody with different needs, habits and lifestyle. But that wasn’t a problem for us and somehow we make it worked. For all I know is that on the end of this exchange, Spanish people sang Bosnian songs, we all danced on Rabiosa-Shakira, ate chips with every meal, and enjoyed local carnivals with Spanish songs. Differences made us more creative and also more tolerated of foreign cultures.
